The class

Reconnect with what matters

Packed days, knotted shoulders, a mind that never switches off: yoga offers a real break. At Leaf Circle, the practice is built on the synchronisation of movement and breath, which brings body and mind back to the same rhythm.

Vinyasa Yoga links postures in a fluid, dynamic flow; Yin Yoga takes time to settle into them, for deep release. Two approaches open to everyone, for physical and mental well-being.

The benefits

What yoga changes for you

01

Stress that melts away

Conscious breathing calms the nervous system: tension releases, sleep improves, focus returns.

02

A more supple body

Posture after posture, stiffness gives way, joints regain their range of motion and your posture improves.

03

Quiet strength

Yoga strengthens the muscles gently and works on alignment, for a body that is both toned and relaxed.

Frequently asked questions

Yoga: everything you need to know

When is the best time to do yoga?

There is no bad time. In the morning, the practice energises; in the evening, it calms and releases tension. Ideally, wait two to three hours after a meal.

What is the difference between yoga and Pilates?

Yoga works on flexibility, breathing and mental balance. Pilates strengthens the deep muscles and posture through precise movements. The two practices complement each other.

What is the difference between yoga and meditation?

Yoga combines postures, breathing and relaxation. Meditation focuses on attention and mental calm, without physical effort. The two naturally extend each other.

Is there an age requirement?

Yoga is open from age 16 with no upper age limit. The postures adapt to everyone's needs and abilities, making it a universal practice.

What are the benefits of yoga?

More flexibility, stronger muscles, less stress, better sleep, improved posture and sharper focus.

What should I wear for a yoga class?

Choose comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows complete freedom of movement. The practice is done barefoot.

Does yoga help tone the body?

Yes. Core-holding postures tone the abdominals and the whole body. Combined with cardio or strength training, yoga helps slim the figure.

Is Yoga included in the membership?
