A tight back, slumping posture, the feeling of no longer holding your body well: Pilates addresses exactly that. This method works the deep muscles, the ones that support the spine and stabilise every movement.
Every movement is precise, controlled and synchronised with the breath. With or without accessories, you strengthen your core, rebalance your body and increase your flexibility, without ever forcing it.

What Pilates changes for you
A relieved back
By strengthening the core and the muscles around the spine, Pilates helps ease everyday tension and pain.
Better posture
Open shoulders, an aligned torso, a lifted head: the alignment work shows as much as it is felt.
A toned, supple body
Muscles lengthen as they strengthen, for a firmer figure and freer movement.
45 minutes of precision, at your own pace
The session takes place in a calm, focused atmosphere. Your coach guides every exercise, corrects your form and adapts the movements to your level.
All equipment is provided on site. Just bring comfortable clothing: you leave standing taller, looser, with the feeling of having worked in depth.
For anyone who wants a body that is strong from the inside
Pilates is for you whatever your age or fitness: getting back into exercise, an experienced athlete, or simply determined to relieve your back. The exercises adapt to your pace, so you progress gently and in depth.
Pilates: everything you need to know
Is Pilates right for me?
Yes. Pilates is for everyone, whatever their age, level or fitness. Beginner or experienced, the exercises are adapted to your pace.
What is the difference between Pilates and Yoga?
Pilates focuses on strengthening the deep muscles, posture and movement control. Yoga works more on flexibility, breathing and mental balance. The two practices complement each other very well.
What are the concrete benefits of Pilates?
Better posture, less back pain, stronger deep muscles, more flexibility, better breathing and an overall sense of well-being.
How often should I practise to see results?
One or two sessions a week are enough to see lasting effects on posture, mobility and tone. Consistency makes the difference, and every body progresses at its own pace.
Is Pilates suitable if I have pain or a medical condition?
Yes, subject to medical advice if needed. Pilates is often recommended to relieve chronic pain or support a return to exercise. We discuss it together during your personal consultation, and your coach adapts the exercises.
Do you offer different levels?
Yes. Core Pilates offers a more accessible approach, ideal for beginners or a return to exercise, while the Pilates classes go further into technique.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. Mats and accessories are provided on site. Comfortable clothing is all you need.
Is Pilates included in the membership?
Yes. Pilates is one of the group classes included in the Leaf Signature membership. We present the plan in detail during your personal consultation.
